how to modify bundle properties

Maybe I missed something obvious, but how do you modify bundle properties for a CFPlugin Bundle? In a Cocoa project I could just modify the Info.plist in the project, but there is no Info.plist for the CFPlugin project. If I include an Info.plist in my project it gets placed in the Resource folder when the project builds, which in not what I want.
