missing file

hey list,

moved some files around and get this warning.

Missing file or directory:
/var/root/Projects/screenFOOD/screenFOOD/VFDragObject.java

moved the files back, and everytime i manipulate one of the files i get
the same message except for the old/new directory.
how can i reset the index of the project. clean all doesn't seem to do
the trick nor deleting build directories.
i keep all my builds in a Compiled dir.
