If you can send me an example where you are blocking and Ctrl-C isn't
getting delivered, I would love to see it. This probably means that
the OS isn't delivering signals, which it really shouldn't do. Or at
least it would be interesting to know why it is doing this.

Thanks everyone. I was trying to debug a program that was blocking for
some reason, and pressing Ctrl-C doesn't seem to work when the program
is blocking... However, sending a SIGINT to the task from another
shell worked.
