Customizing templates in xcode ?

Hey there,
ProjectBuilder had a neat way to customized templates. Just copy an
existing template file in /Developer/ProjectBuilder Extras/Target
Templates/
I'm trying to do the same with XCode but I just can't find where XCode
is keeping all its templates files for its pre-configured targets.
Is that something feasible ?
