FYI: Filing bugs now requires Sys Info report

I was going to file a couple of bugs against XCode, but just learned
that one is forced to attach a System Info report now! I'm still using
a dialup connection and didn't want to deal with uploading a 5.8 MB
file for each bug.
I'll be contacting email@hidden to see if there can be a more
"lightweight" method.
