I was going to file a couple of bugs against XCode, but just learned

I'll be contacting email@hidden to see if there can be a more
"lightweight" method.
You can produce a light ASP report. Use the Appropriate menu in Apple
System Profiler in Panther.
Asking for more information is both essential and tricky for technical
code support:
- essential because the more information you have, the easier it is to
reproduce and fix the problem.
- tricky because it's a way to filter and reduce the number of reports
:-)
One solution to avoid having to create or find a ASP report everytime
is to:
1) create one after installing the software or OS.
2) Create a Service whose sole purpose is to open the System Profiler
Report and replace the text selection with it.
That's the solution I'm using and it's painless.
