Subversion 1.1 is Release Candidate, meaning that There Shouldn't Be Bugs, but
you can't be certain. IIRC the RC stage will last a week or two longer.

My feeling: go to Subversion 1.1. The subversion team is good about releasing
updates quickly - if anything major is found in Subversion 1.1 (RC or not), the
problem will be addressed in a 1.1.x release.
