I am having a strange problem with Xcode where all header (.h and .hpp) files that are present in a newly created project, or subsequently created and/or added to the project are automatically assigned to the 'Bundle Resources' build step. This of course means they are getting copied into the resource folder of the app during a build.

I have the same problem.

Me too. I fixed it just by turning the target checkbox off for each one. Don't know if this is right but my program still compiled and ran fine. I don't know enough about cocoa bundles and the build process to know if they should be included in the bundle or not. Looking at some other projects I saw they weren't so I guess they are unnecessary. Would like to know the official line though.
