When you add files to a project a sheet drop down. On that sheet there
is a pop up button with the title "Reference Type". Make sure it's not
set to "default", as that is not relative paths - at least not for me.
You would think that it's best to default to relative paths - at least
for regular files in the project (and not frameworks and the like), but
what do I know...
