For what it's worth, I do check mine in. But I think I'm in the minority in this regard. I have yet to encounter any problems as a result of doing so, however.

I'm definitively going to check in mine as well. I spend enough time fiddling with window sizes and positions in Xcode that I want to make sure that I can restore some sort of sane layout from CVS.
