XCode and Sourceforge CVS

Hi all-

Forgive me if this has been asked before - a bit of searching on google
hasn't turned up anything that helps me, so I thought I'd ask here.

Is there any way to use the source control management feature in XCode 1.5
to work on an existing project hosted at sourceforge, or anywhere else
where I access a remote CVS repository via SSH? The project exists
already, and is a straight C library, with a make-based build system. I'm
not interested in the build side of things at the moment - I'll worry
about making it XCode compatible after I am able to #1, check out the
project from CVS, #2, edit it, and #3, check in changes -- all three from
XCode.

Any pointers to information would be great. I did notice that eclipse
does this, but it's big and sluggish, and I'd rather be able to use XCode
for the task.

Thanks!
-m
