Thanks, but using the -force flag with gcc_select still doesn't do it.

A debug build style works, since it's using ZeroLink. I have

Just on a whim, could you go to the Terminal, type sudo gcc_select
3.3, and try again?
That sounded promising but, on doing it, I get:
You are already using gcc version 3.3 as the default compiler.
and still the same error from Xcode.
Try adding the "-force" option to gcc_select.
