In Xcode 1.1 when you close the debugging window and open a new one
later, the Expressions window doesn't get reattached to the new
debugging session properly. The workaround for now is to close the
Expressions window and re-open it. This should be fixed in the next
release (when closing the debugger window we now automatically close
the Expressions window).
