I disagree with this as an absolute rule. I find clickthrough to be a real
productivity enhancer, as long as it's properly restricted to UI elements
that can't do harm, don't change state in complex ways, and don't launch
lengthy processes -- and aren't in the upper right corner of the window ;-).
