Problems only when debugging

  • Subject: Problems only when debugging

I have some code that fails if I'm running the debugger, but runs fine otherwise.

I create a new thread which starts a run loop and starts an NSTask and processes the output. If I run under the debugger, the thread will get stuck in a wait state (randomly). If I pause execution and continue, it will continue normally. Many times it will run fine, but sometimes it gets stuck. I've never seen it get stuck when not running in the debugger.

Anyone seen this?
