file templates for individual projects?

Does anybody know how to set up file templates for individual projects (as you could in Project Builder)?

I know about "~/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/File Templates/" but that's for _all_ projects. So how do you tell Xcode to use a template for one particular project?
