[SLIGHTLY OFF]Nib file format decision

Hi!

Sorry if this is slightly off-topic, and sorry also if it shows my newbie status a little more than I'd like it to... I'm rewritting an application of mine in Obj-C, that I plan to release in it's final form in early 2005. The problem I am facing is that I'd _really_ like to use Cocoa bindings BUT I know they'll only work with Panther and up. My dilemma is this: do I go ahead and produce a Panther+ application OR do I forget about bindings, and use key-value coding (the closest thing I understand will work with 10.2+)? What do other developers feel? What have you done in your particular cases?

Thanks!
