There was a 'show of hands survey' during one of the tools sessions during last weeks WWDC where people expressed their interest in Valgrind so Apple is becoming aware (this thread is probably helping too) of the interest in Valgrind.

If nothing else I'd suggest filing a bug either requesting that Apple include it in the future or that they sufficiently document the internals of the loader et al so that a third party can carry out the work.
