How To Remove ALL Breakpoints?

There are a couple of breakpoints in my project that refuse to 'go away'. Despite attempts to 'set then clear' at a several locations, the app continues to stop at these phantom rest-areas.

Certainly this must be a bug. My guess is it has already been written up - but will do so if nobody has ever seen this problem.

Is there any particular place to go to eradicate ALL breakpoints? I certainly don't mind starting from scratch.
