On a lark, I downloaded HeaderDoc 8 again from Apple's Darwin site, and come

There is no indication that it is beta, and the documents seem to be
complete.

Is this a final release? Is it thought to be good (i.e., no killer bugs)?
How on earth did I miss the announcement? If there was no announcement, why
not?

I was hoping for good C++ template support, as I'm partial to HeaderDoc's formatting over Doxygen, but alas v8 chokes on more than one C++ template per header, and incorrectly puts a free function inside a template.
