I would love to see this as well. I don't feel like I should have to
burn a DTS tech support incident every time I am having problem with
some feature in an XCode beta. Getting help from other users is the
most efficient way of handling this. If the problem turns out to be a
bug, I can submit it via bugreporter.apple.com. If it is simply my
inability to read the documentation, then I waste the minimum of other
people's time.
Apple would win on this as well as it would encourage more people to
use the beta version and submit bug reports. I have been having enough
problems that I am about to uninstall the beta version and go back to
1.2. This is especially true given that there is no forum to which I
can submit questions.

I would like to second this. Way back when carbon-dev was not yet
public, it sure was handy to be able to discuss all the CarbonLib
pre-releases.
