I see the same thing, and the only workaround I'm aware of is to manually
edit the generated HTML. (Of course, one could write a script to edit it,
reformatting the method signatures as desired. I suppose one could even edit
the original Perl scripts.)

However, I didn't explore whether changing the use of white space in my
methods in the header file would have an impact on this formatting problem.

After the trouble I had getting everything else to work, I guess I decided I
could live with this formatting issue. Now that I think about it, however,
it really isn't satisfactory.
