Why can't I get Saturn working?

I am trying to profile my code using Saturn, but have had no success.

I have turned on 'Generate Profiling Code' in the compiler options, but when I run it generates no Saturn output.

I tried the sample Saturn project 'Flurry', and got that working. However, when I turned all of its targets into native targets Saturn once again failed to do anything with it.

Could someone please provide a step by step guide to getting this working with the sample project
/Developer/Examples/AppKit/SimpleBrowser/SimpleBrowser.pbproj

as that has the same basic setup as to my own project. (I couldn't get Saturn working with that either)
