I don't know about switching between multiple editors in the same
window, but if you have your .h and .m editors in two separate windows,
then you can use cmd-~ and cmd-shift-~ to switch back and forth between
them.
IMO, it's better to have your windows side by side instead of
vertically stacked, since code is usually taller than it is wide.
