Keyboard shortcut to change editor focus ?

hi list !

at WWDC, i asked an Apple XCode engineers if there is a keyboard shortcut to move the cursor from Editor to Editor, or from window to window. It would be very useful for me because i often split my editors in 2 parts (.h above and .m below) and i always use my mouse to set the cursor in the above editor, then use my mouse again to edit the .m below... frustrating...

this engineer said me there is a keyboard shortcut to do that (i already know the command+option+up arrow ...) i just need to move the cursor from editors to editors...
does anybody know ?

thanks
