Hi Rick,

Take a look at "/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Project Templates".
It contains all available templates which appear when you select "File/New Project...".
Take a look at the projects in there. They are "usual" projects. (Don't forget to look into the "*.pbproj" bundles! They contain a file "TemplateInfo.plist" which is used to expand the project file names.)
