external folder, but I can't tell how to install it.
I assume by "external folder" you mean the mounted FTP folder in the
Finder. To install it, first copy the files from the FTP folder to
your hard drive. Then open the file called Xcode_1.2_7K249.dmg.bin.
Mac OS X will combine the dmgpart files you downloaded and mount a disk
image... you should be able to figure it out from there.
