Have you installed and configured Xcode to use the 10.1.x SDK.
As well, I believe building kext's using Xcode using SDK's is only
officially supported with Xcode 1.2.
If you still have problems [after switching SDK's], my recommendation would
be to recreate the project and do the build on a system running 10.1.x.
