I'm trying to build an IOKit driver .kext for Mac OS 10.1.5 using
XCode 1.2 hosted on Mac OS X 10.3.4.
It seems to build correctly and the resulting driver appears to load
fine for the current OS, but it doesn't load in 10.1.5.
Two questions:
1. Are you using the 10.1.5 SDK in the target?
2. Are you using GCC 2.95 in the target?
You need to be using both in order to build kernel extensions for Mac
OS X 10.1.x.
