Not that I would ever try to dissuade you from using BBEdit (especially with Rich listening in ;-), but what are you missing with the printing support in Xcode?

I would like to see:

1) syntax highlighting/colouring on the printed output.

It does this now. (You may need to turn on the option in the syntax coloring dialog.)

2) option to print line-numbers.

This request has been heard before. :)

3) much smaller font on printouts.

Does my suggestion of scaling work for you?

4) option to condense to show two columns A5 Portrait on an A4 Landscape page.

The print dialogs should give you this option already. (Perhaps it only works for PostScript printers - I don't know, since that's all I've used for ages now.)

Also a big, big thing for me is the ability to print the graphical diff's from FileMerge with the highlights showing where code was inserted/deleted. I use these when I get code submitted that I need explaining but the printout is just a screen dump and I end-up having to sit everyone around the screen.

Yup, this request has been heard before too.
