How to add many files at once to a target?

I have a few large groups in my xcode project. One target puts all these groups into a lib. I also want to add all of these files to an app that is another target. Can I select all files in a group and somehow add them to a target without clicking on each file individually?
Thanks,
Jason Rusoff
