Not that I would ever try to dissuade you from using BBEdit (especially
with Rich listening in ;-), but what are you missing with the printing
support in Xcode?

1). I would like XCode to print in black rather than dark grey. This bug causes 10 point type (when printed at 70%) to be much less legible as postscript printers have to use a screen in order to produce the dark grey. (See RADAR #3536052.)

2). I really miss the print selection command in MPW. When I add a couple new member functions to a 5,000 line file, I don't want to print the whole file, just the new code. I get tired of always having to cut and paste into a temporary file before printing.

3). I loved the boarder which MPW put around source code as it made it really easy to see what was source code and what other paper on my cluttered desk.

Thanks for adding headers and footers to XCode 1.1. It is wonderful not to have to add page numbers to my printouts by hand anymore.

P. S.: Feel free to contact me directly if my description of #1 is not complete enough in RADAR.
