Second the separate font-size preference for printing, and syntax
colouring.
I like small margins as I want to maximize the amount of code I can get
on a page, although it would really be nifty if you could have a larger
left margin (with optional line numbers) so there's room to three-hole
punch the page AND have a larger right margin on the even number pages
to do proper two-sided printing (w/3-hole punches).
That would rock.
