Dragging the file from the group tree in Xcode onto BBEdit's icon in
the Dock works great. Thanks for the suggestion.
For me, BBEdit is a great complement to Xcode. I'm a long-time BBEdit
user and I'm not ready to switch to it for all source editing. I
really like the editing in Xcode. The pull-down menus for methods and
recent files are convenient (I know BBEdit has similar features). And
I love the Switch to Header/Source File command (command-option-up
arrow). And the way Xcode crashes occasionally reminds me that my
code isn't perfect either. I would like to see more Mac OS X native
features in BBEdit like sheets (and I know this is in the works). I
suspect that you might have a biased opinion regarding BBEdit :-).

I just found the best way to get nice printouts from Xcode:
1. Open the source file.
2. Hit command-option-v (View->Reveal in Group Tree).
3. Drag the source file icon to a BBEdit window to display the full
path.
4. In BBEdit, select the path and hit command-d to open it in BBEdit.
5. Print the file from BBEdit.
I do all of my source-code editing in BBEdit, and although I rarely
print, it seems like you could simply drag the file from the group tree
in Xcode onto BBEdit's icon in the Dock, or even write a little
AppleScript droplet which would tell BBEdit to print the file.
