Why don't you create targets??? Personally, I resort to one
sub-project because I've written a framework which is shared between
several applications. The product I'm working on comprises 1
application, 2 frameworks, and 18 plugins! All of them are grouped
within the same Xcode project. I can't even imagine working with 21
distinct projects, it would drive anyone crazy.

A lot of these started as separate projects, but it's probably a good
idea to eventually put them other a single project with multiple
targets. Last time I tried it, it seemed like it wasn't as easy as say
Codewarrior. Some of the issues related to Xcode still being pretty
darn young. I've found I end up fighting with Xcode more than I'd like
(reminding me of the very early Codewarrior days).
thanks for your advice.
