Default to 'Treat Warnings as Errors'

I find myself _always_ setting the style option for treating warnings as errors to ON.

Is there somewhere I can make this the default for any new project I create?
I've tried looking at different template files looking for things that change when I've set this preference and I'm not finding anything.

Thanks.
-Phil
