reading xcode help

In Xcode if I choose Help > Xcode Help, the Xcode documentation window
opens. This is very inconvenient for reading the Xcode help, because only a
fraction of the window actually displays the help, which is itself divided
into frames. My question is: From within Xcode, how can I open this document
(*both* frames) in its own window? Or even better, with Safari? (I say "From
within Xcode" so as to eliminate the obvious answer involving opening the
package manually, and I say "both frames" so as to eliminate the obvious
answer involving just the right frame.) m.
