After I make a change to resource file in my project, the ResMerger tool fails with this error. Only workaround I have found so far is to Clean the target and recompile everything. Does anyone know of a more effective workaround?

### ERROR (file:/SourceCache/CarbonTools/CarbonTools-74/ResMerger.c, line:342): 'RemoveResource' failed (-196)

What version of Xcode, What OS version?

And is there anything "interesting" about the resource file: is it locked? Is it in a locked directory? Are the resources in the dest resource file in the same fork as those in the source resource file?
