Well, I keep my code outside the project directory, because it was pulled
down to my mac with a cvs checkout before I created the project, but it
works pretty well. Xcode recognizes that the code is under source control
(I assume because of the existance of the CVS directories) and lets me
check in changes and do diffs with ease. If I want to use another cvs
tool, that doesn't mess up Xcode either.
