Newbie question

Hello!

I'm working on a java application and I'm new to Mac and to XCode. I have created an XCode Swing Application project, but I don't find how to design graphically the application (you know: dragging a button here, a menu over there, etc)... isn't it possible in XCode?? If not possible, how could I do this job?
