source control for the XCode project

What exactly from the XCode project should be checked into source control. I tried putting in just the myproject.xcode/project.pbxproj, but then when I checked out a fresh tree, the build failed because it was looking for English.lproj and myproject_Prefix.pch. Should those files be checked in as well?

Also, at risk of going a bit off-topic, has anyone else had trouble with pserver authentication for command-line CVS? I freeze when I try to "cvs login". The same command with the same CVSROOT works on linux and all the UNIX systems we deal with (irix, aix, solaris, hp-ux). The MacCvsX gui works, but is pretty slow (3.2 beta 14, dated 5/2002, was the most recent version I could get working).

Thanks!

-Travis
