In the upper right corner of the editor toolbar is an 'Editing Mode' toolbar item. My guess is you toggled that to the single editor mode which will cause all new files to open in that window.

It must be in here somewhere, but I can't find it...

I was editing files in separate windows when I started out...like I'm used to in CodeWarrior. Then magically all my files started opening in the same editor...annoying at first but then I remembered emacs and JEdit, and I got to like it. Now all my files are opening in separate windows again and I hate it. How do I control this behavior?

ARG! Of course. I knew I was going to feel silly... Thank you.
