Xcode not displaying errors/warnings in build window

I'm having a weird problem with version 1.5 of the Xcode tools. On one
of my specific projects, errors and warnings do not show up in the
Build Results window, meaning that I cannot click on the errors or
warnings to jump directly to the offending line to correct it. I have
to dig through the build transcript in order to find the errors and
warnings and then manually find the correct line and edit it. If the
build fails, the Build Results window just lists a "Build failed" error
and instructs me to look at the build transcript to find out what's
wrong.
What's weird is this only happens with one specific project, but with
other projects, errors and warnings show up correctly in the Build
Results window like they used to. My normal development computer is an
iMac on which I have version 1.2 of the Xcode tools installed, and it
doesn't have this problem. (I recently installed a fresh copy of Xcode
tools 1.5 on this Powerbook, which is having the problems.) The
offending project was originally a Project Builder project that I
upgraded to the Xcode format, but I did the same with another project
and it doesn't exhibit the same problems.
Is there a build setting that I need to specify in order to get
errors/warning to show up in the Build Results window? I compared one
project that works with the offending project, and all the build
settings seem to be identical. But maybe I missed something.
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
