I'm brand new to the Mac and just plugged in my brand new OS 10.3.4 Panther
system.

I thought that the X-Code tools were part of the basic install, but I am
unable to find them anywhere on the system.

Must I manually install the dev tools, or did I just miss them on the
system?

Thanks
bryan
