The bad news is there is no way to change the "default" logic when
adding a new file. The good news is that this logic was fixed for the
next release of Xcode (now we do our best to make the file relative
to the project if possible (even if the file is outside the project
folder), and only fall back to absolute path when that doesn't work
out).
