Get Info on the file in the source tree, and select the Build tab. You can enter compiler flags to always use for that file in the text field in that tab.

Per-file build settings are per-target. So you have to find your target, turn down its disclosure triangle, find the Sources build phase, turn
it down, select the file there, and proceed as above. You can have different per-file compiler flags on the same file in different targets.
