Default build for 10.2

I've forgotten to do this at least twice now -- is there a way to set the default SDK and compiler for new projects to 10.2.8 and gcc 3.3, so we can keep targeting the installed base instead of just new sales? (Or better, default to this for PowerPC and 10.4u and 4.0 for Intel.)
