I've forgotten to do this at least twice now -- is there a way to set the default SDK and compiler for new projects to 10.2.8 and gcc 3.3, so we can keep targeting the installed base instead of just new sales? (Or better, default to this for PowerPC and 10.4u and 4.0 for Intel.)

The current defaults are for no SDK, Mac OS Deployment Version set to 10.3, so it works for the installed base.  We will be changing this to use the 10.4u SDK so that Intel builds work by default, but still retain the Deployment Version to work back to 10.3.9.  This way you can build for Intel and use new Tiger APIs without cutting off Panther users.
