Debugging a PlugIn with XCode

  • Subject: Debugging a PlugIn with XCode

Hi,

I have the latest version of XCode and am running Tiger 10.4.2 on a G5.

I know CodeWarrior pretty well but am just starting to come to grips with XCode. I am developing a plugin and have a project setup and it compiles correctly. I now what to know how I can debug it!

In CodeWarrior there us a project setting that specified the Application to run when the PlugIn is launched, is there a similar setting for XCode? I have looked and looked thru the many options and can't seem to find anything. I just want to be able to put breakpoints in my PlugIn and have it stop in the debugger when the host application calls the PlugIn.

Thanks in Advance
Dave
