Best XCode Book?

Is there an XCode book oriented towards more experienced programmers and not so much focused on how to program but rather how to unleash XCode? Something like Visual Studio Hacks that was reviewed today on Slashdot.

I know, especially of late, XCode is a moving target. But knowing good tips and techniques, especially things like useful Applescripts, would be helpful. Things like moving from XCode to a dedicated Makefile. Debugging tips.

Are there books like that? I looked through Amazon but didn't see much.
